Since forming mglhr in 1998, Martin has helped an impressive array of clients around the world and across many industry sectors. His personable style, professional credentials and creative delivery have contributed much to the success of client organisations and to that of mglhr itself.
Martin has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources Management and a further 10 years in other business disciplines. He is CIPD qualified and has British Psychological Society accreditation.
His skill set, probably unique within the HR field, has evolved from his background in auditing and finance and his experience of designing and implementing award-winning technology solutions. He has recently been involved in the following project areas: Performance Management, HR Strategy, HR Information Systems, Job Family and Remuneration Structures, designing and managing assessment centres for leadership development, 360 degree appraisal and high volume recruitment campaigns.
Martin consults very much from a practical business perspective rather than from a human resource ‘purist’ view; and because of this, he is much sought after by managers from executive levels to first line management, to improve their people management capability.
