Jill’s career in HR started at The Stock Exchange in the 1980s. Since then, she has successfully helped many organisations in both the private and public sectors, using her considerable experience to develop highly effective solutions across a full range of HR disciplines.
In addition to her professional qualifications (and specific psychometric and assessment accreditation), Jill has a Batchelor of Arts degree. Her experience in recruitment and selection, Human Resources Management, and Training and Development are considerable.
